Shipping policy

Free shipping within New Zealand on all orders over $100, otherwise, a flat rate of $6.95 applies.

Free shipping within Australia on all orders over $300NZD, otherwise a flat rate of $25NZD applies.

Free shipping worldwide on all orders over $450NZD, otherwise a flat rate of $60NZD applies.

 

Orders will be dispatched as promptly as possible, but please allow up to 3 days to allow for weekends.

Items should arrive within a week in New Zealand, within two weeks to Australia and within four weeks worldwide. All care is taken to promptly dispatch but no responsibility can be taken for postage delays out of our control.

Please note there may be a delay in delivery time during the holiday season, however please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your order.
